Our client, a leading manufacturer, is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of their production equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations and supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to foster growth and excellence.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager and VP of Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure customer deadlines are met and production schedules are maintained.
- Manage maintenance resources, including parts and equipment, to support production operations.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with 5+ years in a supervisory capacity.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent project management skills and a proven track record of successfully training employees in productivity and safety.
- Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations is a plus.
