Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and bake a variety of sweet and savory pastries, cakes, and desserts in a fast-paced production environment
  • Restock and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient production and minimize waste
  • Operate and maintain bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and dishwashers, to ensure optimal performance and food safety
  • Collaborate with the production team to meet production deadlines and achieve quality standards
  • Assist with guest service as needed, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience
Requirements:
  • One year of previous culinary experience, with a focus on pastry or baking, is highly preferred
  • Ability to safely operate all bakery equipment and maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in multiple locations and adapt to changing business needs
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods of time
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching overhead
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds
Education:
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience is preferred
  • High school diploma or GED is required
Language Skills:
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently
