About the Role:

As a Cake Decorator at El Super, you will play a vital role in creating visually stunning cakes and desserts that exceed our customers' expectations. Under the supervision of our Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and decorating high-volume cakes and desserts using standardized recipes and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and decorate cakes and desserts using standardized recipes and techniques.
  • Work under the direct supervision of the Bakery Manager to ensure high-quality products.
  • Meet production deadlines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Perform heavy lifting and other physical requirements of the job.

Requirements:

  • Food Handler Card or equivalent certification.
  • Ability to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends.
  • Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and other physical requirements of the job.

Working Environment:

The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, with essential functions including physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling, as well as visual and auditory requirements.
