NPI Materials Supply Chain Manager

The NPI Materials Supply Chain Manager role is responsible for leading the material planning, forecasting, and readiness process to enable technology development and new product introduction.
This position serves as a primary interface between Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Supplier/Manufacturing Partner(s).
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead materials budget planning and spend management through partnering with Finance and Engineering
- Develop and implement clear-to-build (CTB) processes for pre-production build phases
- Propose optimized supply planning to ensure on-time build schedules and drive closure of materials issues
- Collaborate with Engineering to manage multiple or alternate source qualifications through build management
- Lead NPI materials process improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in NPI supply chain management
- Project management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detailed-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and set priorities
- Proficiency in Excel
Compensation
$60-$65/hour W2, based on experience
Duration: 6+ months contract
