Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and community-based programs.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to registered nurses or physicians
  • Assist with patient care activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
  • Current and unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
  • At least one year of experience in the last three years
  • Background screening as required by state or client contract
  • Drug screening as required by the contract
Working Conditions

Work sites vary, and the LPN/LVN may be exposed to blood, bodily fluids, and other potentially infectious materials. The ability to read medical equipment and documents, push carts and medical equipment, and assist with moving patients is required.
