Job Summary

GO Physical Therapy LLC is seeking a highly skilled Admissions Receptionist to join our team at our Grand Island clinic. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a smooth patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, family members, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer telephone calls and relay messages to staff members as needed.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules. Gather patient demographics and billing information, and assist patients with completing paperwork.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with assigning daily patient treatment schedules, manage waiting room, and maintain filing systems. Process patient payments and arrange for interpreters as needed.
  • Confidentiality and Communication: Maintain patient confidentiality at all times and communicate effectively with co-workers in a professional and positive manner.
Requirements
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, family members, and staff members.
  • Self-Motivation: Strong self-motivational skills to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail: High degree of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent written, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to operate in the Microsoft Windows environment, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
