Job Title: Desktop Support Technician

Lorven Technologies is looking for a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Warrenton, VA.

About the Job

We require an IT Help Desk Analyst with experience in integrating, managing, and supporting Information Technology programs for medical facilities. The ideal candidate will have knowledge on setup, configuration, and maintenance of PC desktops, laptops, and related peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.). They will also be proficient in supporting email applications installation, administration, troubleshooting, and training (Google Suite, PST files, calendaring, distribution lists, etc.).

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate, manage, and support Information Technology programs for medical facilities.
  • Setup, configure, and maintain PC desktops, laptops, and related peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Support email applications installation, administration, troubleshooting, and training (Google Suite, PST files, calendaring, distribution lists, etc.).
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support or related field.
  • Knowledge on setup, configuration, and maintenance of PC desktops, laptops, and related peripheral devices (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Proficient in supporting email applications installation, administration, troubleshooting, and training (Google Suite, PST files, calendaring, distribution lists, etc.).
  • Possesses good understanding of Network and IT security.

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
