Job Overview:

We are seeking an IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team at QVine Corporation. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide top-notch customer service and technical support for our internal customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
  • Configure and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Support users with Microsoft Outlook, Windows 7, and other office applications
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system stability and security

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in IT and excellent customer service skills. You should also be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Salary Estimate:

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
