**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a skilled Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at AAI. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the efficient operation of our office.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage scheduling systems, including CHCS/AHLTA and MHS GENESIS.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, communicate with healthcare providers, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare reports, respond to emails, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

**Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in office administration or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CHCS/AHLTA/MHS GENESIS systems.

**Benefits:
