Job Summary

Par Pacific is seeking a skilled Rotating Equipment Specialist to join our team at our refinery in Tacoma, Washington. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of rotating equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Repair and maintain rotating equipment, including pumps, motors, and gearboxes
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and inspection
  • Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to ensure seamless operation of equipment
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures
  • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis to identify equipment issues
Requirements
  • Three (3) years' experience in rotating equipment maintenance and repair, machinist, or millwright craft
  • Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; technical school credentials highly desirable
