Par Pacific is seeking a skilled Rotating Equipment Specialist to join our team at our refinery in Tacoma, Washington. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of rotating equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
Responsibilities- Repair and maintain rotating equipment, including pumps, motors, and gearboxes
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubrication and inspection
- Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to ensure seamless operation of equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance plans to prevent equipment failures
- Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostic analysis to identify equipment issues
- Three (3) years' experience in rotating equipment maintenance and repair, machinist, or millwright craft
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
- High School diploma or equivalent required; technical school credentials highly desirable
