Welding Technician Job Description

At ENGINEERING SERVICES & PRODUCTS C, we are seeking a skilled Welding Technician to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Dyersville, IA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect cables from welding units to achieve specified parameters.
  • Operate power supplies for electric current production.
  • Perform welding tasks in various positions.
  • Conduct quality checks on welds.
  • Apply filler material and prepare workpieces for welding.
  • Perform welding-related tasks such as cleaning, preheating, and repairing.
  • Assemble and clamp workpieces.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
  • Basic mathematical and reasoning skills.
Work Environment:

The work environment involves exposure to various conditions, including wet/humid areas and machinery. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided.
