Painting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Painting Specialist to join our team at ENGINEERING SERVICES & PRODUCTS C. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for cleaning and painting manufactured parts, loading and unloading the carousel as necessary, and performing other tasks as assigned.

• Move material from storage locations to/from cleaning or painting stations for cleaning or other production operations.
• Clean items according to specific part requirements, including removal of oil, grease, welding impurities, slag, etc. to allow paint to adhere sufficiently.
• Paint items according to specific part requirements, moving items to/from the paint location, and touchup if necessary.
• Perform other tasks as assigned, including operating material handling equipment and paint spraying equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret instructions, with experience in material handling equipment and paint spraying equipment.
• Communication skills appropriate for the job, with the ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Certification in forklift operation and safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to operate hand tools, such as grinders or sanders, and lift up to 75 pounds.

The work environment is typically moderate, with occasional exposure to hot, humid, dry, dusty, and cold conditions both inside and outside.

This is a full-time position, working 1st shift, with a competitive salary and benefits package.
