Job Summary

Affiliated Monitoring Inc is seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for optimizing our alarm processing systems and collaborating with our Technology, Support, and Alarm Monitoring teams to build and maintain workflows and automated processes for unique customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop into a Subject Matter Expert for our Alarm Monitoring Platform.
  • Develop solutions for workflow requirements and execute changes to the automation platform.
  • Perform functionality testing and execute configuration changes across various platforms.
  • Assist with system upgrades, table maintenance, training, data entry, file uploads, report creation.
  • Troubleshoot/report issues for various cross-functional teams and collaborate with Vendors/IT.
  • Evolve into an escalated resource for internal technical support.
  • Assist in evaluating and integrating new products and services.
Requirements
  • 2+ years scripting experience.
  • 2+ years in an IT or Helpdesk environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ability to work independently based on team initiatives.
  • Can document and adhere to established business processes.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills are imperative.
  • Strong process management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
