About the Role

Affiliated Monitoring is seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in optimizing our alarm processing systems and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain workflows and automated processes for unique customer needs
  • Collaborate with Technology, Support, and Alarm Monitoring teams to build and maintain automation platforms
  • Perform functionality testing and execute configuration changes across various platforms
  • Assist with system upgrades, table maintenance, training, data entry, file uploads, and report creation
  • Troubleshoot and report issues for cross-functional teams and collaborate with Vendors/IT
  • Evolve into an escalated resource for internal technical support
  • Assist in evaluating and integrating new products and services
Requirements
  • 2+ years of scripting experience
  • 2+ years in an IT or Helpdesk environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to work independently based on team initiatives
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Strong process management skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
