Electronics Repair Specialist

Job Summary: ResourceMFG is seeking an experienced Electronics Repair Specialist to join our team in Buford, GA. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, testing, and repairing customer returns to the component level in a prompt and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receives and inspects customer returns per process
• Data entry in spreadsheets and databases
• Communicates with customers at a technical level via email and web application
• Manages transactions through ERP systems and other web-based systems
• Troubleshoots and tests customer products to the component level using digital multi-meter, power supplies, and customer testing system (Spider)
• SMT Soldering of components using a hot air rework station and soldering iron on customer equipment
Requirements:
• Background in electronics debug, troubleshooting, and repair
• Avionics technicians or recent graduates holding an associate's or bachelor's in electronics engineering or electronics engineering technology
• Multitask multiple projects
• Strong attention to detail
