Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity in El Paso, TX

Aveanna Healthcare is a leading national provider of home health services to medically fragile children and adults. As a Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist with our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of your patients.
We are seeking a highly skilled SLP to join our pediatric therapy team in El Paso, TX. In this role, you will provide industry-leading care to kids of all ages in multiple settings, including clinics and home health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech-language pathology services to pediatric patients
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct assessments, screenings, and evaluations to identify communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address communication goals
- Provide education and support to patients and families on effective communication strategies
Requirements:
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an ASHA-accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association
- Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly those with feeding disorders
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
