Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients in Grand Forks, North Dakota. As a travel Occupational Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients with various physical, cognitive, and emotional disabilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient independence and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and coordinate with other departments as needed.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of North Dakota.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist in a hospital or rehabilitation setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
