Job Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team at T & K Pediatric Services. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping children develop the skills they need to perform daily activities and reach their developmental milestones.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate children's physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities to determine their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Create and implement therapeutic activities and exercises to improve motor skills, coordination, sensory integration, and cognitive abilities.
  • Monitor and record progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and documenting patient's achievements.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to therapy.
  • Provide education and support to parents and caregivers about strategies to promote skill development and carryover of therapy techniques at home.
Requirements:
  • A master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • A state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in North Dakota.
  • Prior experience working with children, preferably in a pediatric setting.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pediatric occupational therapy principles, techniques, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members, parents, and caregivers.
