The VB Developer will be tasked with:

  • Crafting efficient and scalable code.
  • Developing and maintaining Visual Basic code for current applications.
  • Integrating user-facing components into software applications.
  • Conducting testing and debugging of programs.
  • Enhancing the functionality of existing systems.
  • Implementing security measures and data protection strategies.
  • Evaluating and prioritizing feature requests.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to comprehend user needs and deliver technical solutions.

Qualifications Required...

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a Visual Basic Developer.
  • Proficiency in VB.NET, Microsoft Access, and MySQL.
  • Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL code development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment:

  • Remote position with required working hours from 8 am to 5 pm Eastern time zone.
  • Occasional travel may be necessary for company meetings and client engagements.
