  • Track project advancements, recognize potential challenges, and apply corrective measures as necessary.
  • Maintain a well-organized record of all special project data.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to grasp customer needs and offer technical assistance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Work in conjunction with manufacturing and product development teams to guarantee the manufacturability and quality of custom solutions.
  • Partner with the costing manager to ensure the profitability of special projects.
  • Conduct feasibility analyses and risk evaluations for new initiatives.
  • Familiarize with structural BIFMA testing standards.
  • Identify areas for process enhancements and implement modifications to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Engage in new product development discussions and provide constructive insights to support special initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar engineering capacity, ideally within a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficient in CAD software, specifically SOLIDWORKS.
  • Experience with specialized manufacturing techniques and materials.
  • Knowledge of ADEPT or other Product Data Management (PDM) software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
