Position Overview:
This role is focused on the design and development of electrical systems for material handling equipment. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure that customer and business requirements are met throughout the product development lifecycle.

Compensation:
Hourly rate ranges from $38 to $52, based on experience.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily onsite with minimal travel requirements (up to 25%).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design control and electrical systems for material handling solutions, including panel layouts and schematics.
  • Create comprehensive bills of materials.
  • Support installation processes at client facilities.
  • Assist in factory acceptance testing and prototype builds.
  • Engage in research and development projects.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical design engineering.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficient in remote troubleshooting and programming.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, or E-Plan.
  • Familiarity with PLC systems.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Experience in material handling systems.
  • Panel building expertise.
