Job Title: Sr. Reliability Engineer

At Raytheon Careers, we are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Life Cycle Engineering group, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead performance of reliability predictions and support design reviews
  • Conduct failure analysis and root cause studies to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Work across multiple engineering teams to implement design changes for products being produced
  • Provide technical direction to the factory for field return assets
  • Collaborate with team members to conduct test data analysis and trending
  • Develop and provide technical presentations to audiences including customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior reliability or quality engineering experience
  • Experience with reliability analysis or failure analysis
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience performing reliability predictions for electronic hardware
  • Ability to manage multiple technical projects and customer requests in a fast-paced operations environment
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data utilizing Database SQL
