Job Description:

This role involves administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and maintaining organized records. You will also utilize Excel for data management, reporting, and other administrative purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day office tasks
  • Utilize Excel for data management
  • Handle client and internal communications effectively
  • Support bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking
  • Assist clients by answering questions and providing information in a courteous manner
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Excel: Intermediate to advanced proficiency required
  • QuickBooks Knowledge: A plus, but not mandatory; willingness to learn is appreciated
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with office software and learning new tools
  • Driver License: Will occasionally require travel to customer homes
