Neuroscience Sales Professional

Territory Overview:
Lundbeck is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Neuroscience Account Manager to join our team in Wichita, KS. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for promoting our CNS portfolio to primary care and specialty accounts, including Psychiatrists, Neurologists, and Institutional Accounts such as Skilled Nursing Facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive demand creation and sales growth
- Provide clinical knowledge and execute sales and marketing strategies in the local market
- Partner with customers to deploy approved services and meet their needs
- Utilize digital tools and data-based insights to create opportunities and allocate resources
- Monitor progress and adjust direction to maximize sales performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- 4+ years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or medical device sales experience
- Strong analytical background and experience using sales data reporting tools
- Ability to travel up to 30-40% domestically
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in specialty product sales
- Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience therapeutic areas
- Documented successful sales performance and national sales awards
