Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Global Scientific Exchange Team to ensure corporate goals and milestones are met.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Global Scientific Exchange strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with operational objectives and excellence in execution.
  • Manage and maintain high-quality scientific communications and publications.
  • Develop and implement policies, SOPs, and business practices to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry standards and practices, and ensure activities are in compliance with company policy and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:

  • Advanced scientific degree (Ph.D., PharmD, M.D.) with at least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry or scientific research experience.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional project management and execution.
  • Excellent writing, reviewing, editing, and oral presentation skills.
  • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

OTHER:

  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
