Job Summary

We are seeking a Landman (Employee or Contract) to join our team in St. Clairsville, OH. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of experience in lease acquisition and/or mineral title examination, or a minimum of three years' experience. A bachelor's degree in Energy Management or a J.D. may be substituted for the experience requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire leases and negotiate agreements with landowners
  • Examine mineral titles and ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Collaborate with project managers to execute projects efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum one year of experience in lease acquisition and/or mineral title examination, or three years' experience
  • RPL or CPL certification a plus
