Job Description

This role is located in Chattanooga, TN, and involves working onsite during business hours, including weekend days and three days during the traditional work week. The ideal candidate will have intermediate experience in sales, customer service, and/or real estate and be passionate about interacting with customers in large purchase decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and guide customers on their home building/buying journey.
  • Sales Growth: Use marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness with the local Realtor community and potential home buyers to generate adequate traffic and sales.
  • Training and Development: Participate in recurring sales training via our proprietary sales enablement platform, as well as in-person training sessions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the local sales team and present quarterly business plans to our builder partners to meet given sales goals.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5+ years of experience in real estate sales or new home sales is required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: A real estate license is not required to start, but it is required to be obtained during training in the state of operation.
  • Transportation: Reliable transportation is required to facilitate travel throughout your workday.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. This includes an annual bonus structure that rewards performance and individual contributions to the team.
