Responsibilities
  • Onboard clinical staff in the pharmacy according to our Pharmacy Standard Operating Procedures and methods of practice.
  • Provide consultation and direction to ensure quality assurance programs and services meet the highest standards.
  • Mentor new company employees and maintain all aspects of the pharmacy operation department, including training documentation and reporting.
  • Support the financial goals of the company by being fiscally responsible in inventory management and ensuring policies and procedures are monitored and updated.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician required; Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred.
  • High school education required; Associate Degree preferred.
  • Valid state Driver's License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.
Screenings
