Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled LPN to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Home Health Nurse with Mercy, you will have the opportunity to work autonomously and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and plan patient care to meet their unique needs
  • Implement and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in the state of Missouri
  • One year of experience in a related field
  • BLS CPR Certification through American Heart Association
