Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal hygiene, mobility, safety, and comfort to patients under the supervision of a professional nurse.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
  • Support patients with emotional and psychological needs, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
Requirements
  • Working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Six months of CNA experience preferred.
  • Valid CA or NV Driver's license and ability to pass Renown Health's Department of Motor Vehicle Report criteria.
  • AHA BLS certification and ability to obtain and maintain a State of Nevada CNA certification.
