Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apartment Trash Collector (Service Valet). As a Service Valet, you will be responsible for collecting trash from residents' doorsteps and transporting it to the onsite trash compactor. This is a part-time position with flexible evening hours, typically working 5 nights a week from Sunday through Thursday.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect trash from residents' doorsteps and transport it to the onsite trash compactor.
  • Use our company's mobile app to track and document your service.
  • Work independently and safely, adapting to changing weather conditions.
  • Lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Walk the distance of the property and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
  • Climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening.
What We Offer:
  • Hourly pay: Up to $23.00.
  • Associates with a pickup truck or vehicle using a trailer will receive the higher end of our pay range.

Requirements:
  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.

  • Capable of adapting to work both indoors and outdoors.
  • Ability to lift and transport items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Able to walk the distance of the property and be exposed to disagreeable odors.
  • Capability to climb up and down staircases/steps multiple times throughout the evening.
  • Ownership of a smartphone with a data plan to utilize our mobile app.
