Hospitality and Support Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Associate to join our team at Emory Healthcare. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to patients, guests, and employees, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide wayfinding information and directions to guests, including specifics about each department within the facility.
- Communicate services and capabilities of each facility to guests and patients.
- Respond to incoming calls for directions and related information promptly and effectively.
- Provide coverage as needed for the front desk and lobby, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Disburses refunds for vending machines and issues tokens and valet parking passes when necessary.
- Maintains lost and found, and provides paging in emergency situations.
- Provides information in person regarding patients, staff, and hospital activities to callers or guests.
- Maintains community information, including local restaurants, hotels, banks, transportation, and special events.
- Serves as coordinator for events, such as the Peachtree Road Race, and maintains complete inventory of brochures, directories, and maps.
- Inventories, locates, repairs, and cleans wheelchairs, and keeps oxygen and emergency supplies updated and available for immediate use.
- Keeps the entrance, motor lobby, and driveway area of each facility free of trash and debris.
- Reports all spills and accidents to the appropriate department, and aids valet service with traffic problems.
- Assists with safety drills and has a working knowledge of computers and IDX.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
