Role Responsibilities:
As a Radiology Technologist, your duties will include:
- Generating and assessing radiological images to support the radiologist in the prompt interpretation of these images for patient care.
- Complying with image-specific policies concerning quality and safety as set forth by Johns Hopkins Medicine and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Exhibiting analytical skills necessary for determining appropriate technical factors for optimal exposure levels.
- Possessing practical knowledge of various fixed and portable digital radiography equipment, along with proficiency in PACS and RIS systems.
Qualifications:
- Successful completion of a Radiography program from an AMA accredited institution.
- Valid Florida State Radiography License.
- ARRT certification.
- Current Basic Life Support certification from AHA.
Work Location: St. Petersburg, FL
Work Schedule: Night Shift, Tuesday to Friday; On-Call availability required. Weekend shifts may also be necessary.
