Position Summary

We are seeking a qualified Environmental Analyst to contribute to our operations in the energy sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring adherence to both federal and state environmental regulations, including but not limited to CERCLA, CAA, NESHAPS, NSPS, and oil and gas compliance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations
  • Prepare and submit necessary permit applications and air quality permits
  • Develop and maintain environmental compliance strategies and documentation
  • Conduct thorough environmental assessments and audits
  • Provide technical assistance to operational teams
  • Design and implement environmental training initiatives
  • Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics
  • Investigate and document environmental incidents
  • Collaborate with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
  • Uphold company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental compliance within the energy sector
  • Familiarity with federal and state environmental regulations
  • Experience in handling permit applications and air quality permits
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and environmental management software
  • Willingness to travel as required
