Job Overview

As a Senior Manager of Product Management, you will be responsible for overall product strategy, business leadership, and capacity plans to meet sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive revenue growth and market share gains
  • Lead cross-functional teams to scale new product portfolios profitability and drive operational efficiency

Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Product Management, with at least 4 years in Industry (Sensors, Semiconductor, Electrical/Mechanical Components & Systems)
  • Minimum of 4-year technical or business degree required, with a preference for advanced degree (MS, MBA)
  • Proven commercial and leadership track record to drive global market share gains, including sales, marketing, and technical teams with significant customer exposure at senior executive level
  • Experience leading global cross-business teams in a matrixed environment, with demonstrable success in creating a global strategy and driving implementation
