About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Youth Program Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the implementation of our workforce development system, ensuring that individuals facing barriers to long-term and successful employment have the opportunity to succeed and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management: Educate and train provider staff on policies and procedures, serve as liaison between providers and Partner4Work, and monitor progress on contracts.
  • Relationship and Information Management: Meet regularly with staff, engage in outreach to establish partnerships, and create instructional training materials.
  • Skills and Abilities: Motivated self-starter with excellent project management skills, ability to think strategically, and superb communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Specialized knowledge in structuring, administering, evaluating, or strengthening programs that provide workforce development activities and services to youth.
  • Bachelor's Degree or at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of youth development, program design, or knowledge and understanding of the local workforce ecosystem.
