Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Sales Consultant to join our team. This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our sales team to drive Automation and Control growth. As an emerging professional, you will have the chance to learn from experienced application engineers and gain valuable insights into automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting Industrial end user accounts, systems integrators, panel builders, and OEM customers
  • Keeping up with new product development and relaying information to customers
  • Helping the Account Manager develop new customer relationships
  • Automation and Control growth including PLCs, drives, sensors, HMIs, etc.
  • Keeping up with required vendor training, including certification level courses
  • Conducting customer training on automation & control products
  • Attending training as required by Capital Electric
  • Other duties as required
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, electrical engineering preferred
  • Experience with PLCs, drives, sensor setups, etc. is preferred
  • Customer service background is a plus
