Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing team to ensure the delivery of quality patient care.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Manage and oversee the operation of the patient care unit, including budget preparation and fiscal management.
- Role model proactive, collaborative working relationships across all hospital functions.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider PALS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 3 years experience in an acute hospital environment.
- 2 years experience in the specialty unit (Emergency).
