KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and nurture trusting relationships with clients in the law enforcement sector, local courts, and educational districts by understanding their business objectives and immediate needs.
  • Manage the overall client relationship with key internal stakeholders.
  • Oversee communication between clients, internal teams, and external partners, requiring collaboration and the ability to manage complex tasks.
  • Report key performance metrics to clients and the organization, providing insights and recommending actions for success.
  • Address client satisfaction feedback and resolve issues effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with law enforcement agencies and court representatives.
