Educational Background: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Professional Experience: 5-10 years of experience in sales, marketing, law enforcement, or client-facing roles that involve interaction with law enforcement, the judicial system, and educational officials. Preference will be given to candidates with experience at the Sergeant, Lieutenant, Chief, or higher levels of law enforcement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and nurture trusting relationships with clients in the law enforcement sector, local courts, and educational districts by understanding their business objectives and immediate needs.
- Manage the overall client relationship with key internal stakeholders.
- Oversee communication between clients, internal teams, and external partners, requiring collaboration and the ability to manage complex tasks.
- Report key performance metrics to clients and the organization, providing insights and recommending actions for success.
- Address client satisfaction feedback and resolve issues effectively.
- Collaborate closely with law enforcement agencies and court representatives.
- Engage in local travel to meet with teams, clients, and participate in training programs to ensure overall success.
