Position Title: Assembler Developer

Location: Hybrid

Role Overview:

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Information Technology sector.
  • At least 10 years of expertise in Mainframe Technologies.
  • Proficient in COBOL, ASM, CICS, and DB2 with 8-10 years of experience.
  • Experience with DB2, including Stored Procedures, Native SP, and SQL.
  • 8-10 years of experience in the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and design capabilities.
  • Ability to lead requirement gathering, design creation and review, provide pseudocode, assign and oversee tasks, and mentor team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for working in a global delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex software components for business applications utilizing available development tools.
  • Formulate, execute, and evaluate test plans while defining and establishing test data.
  • Produce and sustain software documentation and utilize reporting tools to query and analyze system data.
  • Engage in prolonged periods of computer-based work.
  • Communicate effectively through various channels including telephone and email.

The salary range indicated in job postings reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position across all US locations. Individual compensation is determined by factors such as work location, job level, and additional elements including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
