Job Overview:

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Information Technology sector.
  • At least 10 years of expertise in Mainframe Technologies.
  • Proficient in COBOL, ASM, CICS, and DB2 with 8-10 years of experience.
  • Experience with DB2, including Stored Procedures, Native SP, and SQL.
  • 8-10 years of involvement in the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and design capabilities.
  • Proven ability to lead requirement gathering, design creation, provide pseudocode, assign tasks, and mentor team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for working in a global delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain complex software components for business applications utilizing available development tools.
  • Formulate, execute, and review testing plans while defining and establishing test data.
  • Generate and maintain comprehensive software documentation and utilize reporting tools to query and analyze system data.
  • Engage in prolonged periods of computer-based work.
  • Communicate effectively through various channels, including telephone and face-to-face interactions.

Compensation Information:

The salary range provided reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position across all US locations. Individual compensation is determined by factors such as work location, job level, relevant skills, experience, and education. Additional compensation may include performance-based bonuses and other variable compensation forms.
