At Castle Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Chesterton, we are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to own our customer's experience in the service lane. As the first point of contact for clients, you will need to become well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee service orders and flow of the Drive Lane to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
  • Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
  • Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
  • Maintain the Customer Success Index at or above company standards.
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.
  • Oversee administration of warranty claims as well as training and supervising of the service department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year previous experience preferred.
  • Consistent record of service and sales success.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Acceptable driving record and valid driver's license.
