Key Responsibilities- Conduct all facets of therapeutic radiation oncology.
- Engage in advanced techniques such as 3-D beam planning, Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT), and Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including hematology/oncology and surgical specialties, to ensure optimal management of patients with malignancies.
- Evaluate and devise treatment plans, ensuring clinical suitability and precision in targeting both tumor and normal structures.
- Participate in weekly Tumor Board meetings and provide follow-up care for patients.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology.
- Possess an active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. jurisdiction.
- Hold a valid DEA license and provide an NPI report printout.
- Successfully pass a federal background investigation.
Candidates must be capable of performing the following physical activities during their work shift:
- Sitting, standing, walking, lifting, squatting, bending, twisting, and reaching above shoulder height.
- Lifting up to 50 lbs from floor to waist and carrying up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance.
- Exerting a push/pull force of up to 30 lbs.
