Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Meeting Coordinator to join our team at Emerson Group. The successful candidate will provide administrative support for our meeting and event planning efforts, ensuring seamless execution of conferences and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage speaker invitations, responses, and presentation materials
  • Coordinate housing arrangements for VIPs, speakers, and staff
  • Process meeting registrations, handle customer inquiries, and process payments
  • Assist with logistics, including direct bill applications and set up book production
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as copying, scanning, and filing
  • Contribute to marketing efforts by developing and proofing marketing materials
  • Update website content and manage exhibition administration
  • Format department: coordinate vendor visits and handle food orders for in-house meetings
Requirements

A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a high school diploma is required. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
