We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Stryker Employment Company, LLC. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our innovative medical devices and services to healthcare professionals and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed territory sales objectives for each SSS franchise (EP, OR & Patient Care)
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive revenue growth
  • Provide product use and collection training, as well as customer education support programs, to promote environmental and financial benefits
  • Identify and cultivate productive business relationships with cross-divisional Stryker counterparts and strategic partners to achieve business results
  • Stay up-to-date on customer facilities and the reprocessing competitive landscape to drive sales growth
  • Partner with the service team to drive customer engagement in collections programs and ensure a consistent flow of product to our production facilities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably in the medical device industry
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated sales success, with a track record of quota attainment and awards
