Rose's Agency Home Care is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to support our growing team in the administration of home care services. This role involves wearing multiple hats, handling various responsibilities, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations.

The position entails:

Supporting the hiring process by matching caregivers with clients based on relevant skills and schedule requirements.

Providing guidance to new employees regarding their duties, responsibilities, company policies, and procedures.

Offering general administrative and clerical assistance, including data entry, document organization, and filing.

Coordinating tasks and projects, communicating with the Care Manager, and ensuring daily workflow needs are met.

Answering and directing incoming calls to relevant departments, as well as assisting with client phone assessments and care plans.

Maintaining accurate schedules, care notes, and following up with field staff as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Spanish speaking is a valuable asset
  • 1+ year experience in a staffing or administrative assistant role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively within a team
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage pressure, and maintain accuracy
  • Proficiency in handling multiple phone lines and Slack/text messages
  • Confidentiality in sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
