Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Supervise and manage all food and beverage personnel, ensuring seamless execution of daily operations and maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability, including menu planning, pricing, and promotions.
- Guest Satisfaction: Foster a culture of exceptional guest service, responding promptly to guest complaints and concerns.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure employee growth and retention.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, ensuring accurate ordering and minimizing waste.
- Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain effective loss prevention measures, including monitoring and controlling cash handling and inventory.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on departmental performance, including sales, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, food service, or related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
- Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certification and/or other relevant certifications preferred.
