Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

Job Description:

As an IT Field Technician for Dexian - Signature Consultants, you will be responsible for transporting and installing standardized break-fix equipment. You will manage a designated territory, focusing on troubleshooting, installing, and replacing hardware and network devices.

You will also manage an incident queue, directly interacting with customers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met. Additionally, you will maintain proper inventory levels by replenishing stock as necessary.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Able to communicate effectively both written and verbally, with customers, peers, Team Lead, Service Delivery Manager
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and tools is required
  • Working knowledge of typical banking equipment
  • Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail, quality, and SLA
  • Demonstrated capability to achieve results in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
  • 2-3 years of experience in break-fix operations within the banking or finance industry
  • CompTIA A+ Certification - REQUIRED
  • Min 1 OEM Desk/Notebook
  • Dell Enterprise
  • Basic non-warranty repair skills training as assigned
  • Cabling, Printers, Network
