Job Summary:

Dexian - Signature Consultants is seeking a highly skilled IT Field Technician to join our team in Washington, DC.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our clients.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting and installing standardized break-fix equipment, managing a designated territory, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and network device issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Windows operating systems, networks, and tools, as well as experience working in the banking or finance industry.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in break-fix operations is required, along with a CompTIA A+ certification and proficiency in configuring hardware and completing necessary application setups.

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a technical school or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Windows operating systems, networks, and tools
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
  • CompTIA A+ certification
Estimated Salary:

$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
