Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ES Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing the execution of projects for clients or at client sites/facilities. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that contractual requirements are met, work scopes are completed, and regulatory compliance is maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution of projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contractual requirements.
  • Validate regulatory compliance and ensure that all projects meet relevant standards and regulations.
  • Develop and implement safety procedures associated with project scopes and regulatory standards.
  • Assess and validate subcontractor training and certifications.
  • Provide data and reporting to customers in a manner consistent with contract or purchase order specifications.
  • Offer guidance on regulatory compliance, including RCRA, DOT, and TSCA.
  • Monitor subcontractor services for completeness or deficiencies.
  • Assist in the implementation of technical systems, software, or solutions.
  • Provide training and end-user support.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of complex regulations specific to the environmental waste industry.
  • Management principles and best practices, including analysis and evaluation and research methods and strategies.
  • Current industrial safety practices and industrial hygiene, and hazardous waste treatment, storage, and disposal operations.
  • Ability to work under pressure, exercise independent judgment, and select effective courses of action while controlling resources and expenditures.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications.
